I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama- which means that Southern hospitality and a deep love and respect for where food comes from informs every single bit of my creative work. Spending my childhood days in my neighbor’s vegetable gardens; watching my mom and dad lovingly tend to my great-grandmother’s grafted rose bush; and resting on neighbor’s front porch swings instilled in me a deep love for beauty, nourishing food and connecting with my clients. Now that me and my husband, son Eli, and wild wheaten terrier Bigbsy call Nashville home-at the end of the day, the best thing that can happen is that people feel loved, and food, kindness and beauty are celebrated.
